Padded, insulating wall and ceiling cladding

The wall and ceiling cladding STRUKTURA is a combination of synthetic leather with laminated foam and charmeuse. You get a comfortable padding and an insulating effect from the foam, which is used in the middle. The back is covered with a charmeuse, which on the one hand provides greater strength and on the other hand is the right basis for the solvent-free UNI adhesive 140. STRUKTURA is ideally suited for straight surfaces and slight curves.
You can create templates in advance for areas that are difficult to access. Our stencil film is ideally suited for this.

Cleaning

Wipe with a damp cloth with warm water, with the addition of liquid mild detergent. A maintenance measure to preserve the material is not necessary.

Boat, yacht and shipbuilding, home and leisure, caravan and vehicle construction.

Processing

Generously cut the wall and ceiling cladding structure. Then apply the solvent-free UNI-Kleber 140, about 2 – 3 cm back from the edges, to the surfaces to be glued in stages. Let the glue flash off a little. Note data sheet! After a certain amount of time, insert the wall and ceiling cladding Structura, also in stages, into the still semi-damp adhesive bed. The cladding material can then be corrected. Work on the edges, apply some UNI glue, press the material on or glue on the PVC mounting rails and slide in the Struktura.
