Über A. Kähne Bootsausstatter
Im Jahre 1984 wurde in Berlin ein Einzelhandel für Bootsausstattung gegründet und dieser im Jahre 1992 um Textilien erweitert. Aus dem zunächst kleinen Textilprogramm entstand mit der Zeit ein beinahe weltweit tätiger Groß- und Einzelhandel. Im Jahre 2008 wurde der Versandhandel nach Sommerfeld, nordwestlich von Berlin, verlagert.

In 1984, a retailer for boat equipment was founded in Berlin and expanded to include textiles in 1992. Over time, what was initially a small textile program grew into an almost global wholesale and retail business. In 2008, the mail order business was relocated to Sommerfeld, northwest of Berlin.
